Common use of Tenant’s Acknowledgement Clause in Contracts

Tenant’s Acknowledgement. Nothing in this Lease contained shall imply or warrant that the Property may in accordance with the Planning Acts be used for the purpose herein authorised and the Tenant hereby acknowledges and admits that the Landlord has not given or made at any time any representation or warranty that any such use is or will be or will remain a permitted user under the Planning Acts.
