Tenant's Application for Consent. In the event that Tenant desires at any time to assign this Lease or to sublet the Premises or any portion thereof, Tenant shall submit to Landlord, in writing, at least sixty (60) days prior to the proposed effective date of the assignment or sublease; (i) a Notice of Intention to Assign or Sublease, setting forth the proposed effective date, which shall be not less than sixty (60) not more than (90) days after the sending of such notice; (ii) the name of the proposed subtenant of assignee; (iii) the nature of the proposed subtenant's or assignee's business to be carried on in the Premises; (iv) the terms and provisions of the proposed sublease or assignment; (v) a current audited financial statement of the proposed subtenant or assignee; and (vi) such additional information concerning the proposed assignment or sublease and proposed assignee or sublessee as the Landlord may reasonable request.
