Tenant shall attorn (1) to any purchaser of the Premises at any foreclosure sale or private sale conducted pursuant to any Security Instrument encumbering the Project; (2) to grantee or transferee designated in any deed given in lieu of foreclosure; or (3) to the lessor under any underlying ground lease should such ground lease be terminated.
