MORTGAGE SUBORDINATION AND ATTORNMENT. This Lease shall automatically be subordinate to any mortgage or deed of trust created by Landlord which is now existing or hereafter placed upon the Premises including any advances, interest, modifications, renewals, replacements or extensions ("Landlord's Mortgage"), provided the holder of any Landlord's Mortgage or any person(s) acquiring the Premises at any sale or other proceeding under any such Landlord's Mortgage shall elect to continue this Lease in full force and effect. Tenant shall attorn to the holder of any Landlord's Mortgage or any person(s) acquiring the Premises at any sale or other proceeding under any Landlord's Mortgage provided such person(s) assume the obligations of Landlord under this Lease. Tenant shall promptly and in no event later than fifteen (15) days execute, acknowledge and deliver documents which the holder of any Landlord's Mortgage may reasonably require as further evidence of this subordination and attornment. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Tenant's obligations under this Section are conditioned on the holder of each of Landlord's Mortgage and each person acquiring the Premises at any sale or other proceeding under any such Landlord's Mortgage not disturbing Tenant's occupancy and other rights under this Lease, so long as no uncured Event of Default exists.

Tenant shall attorn to the holder of any landlord’s mortgage or any party acquiring the premises at any sale or other proceeding under any landlord’s mortgage provided the acquiring party assumes the obligations of landlord under this lease. Tenant shall promptly and in no event later than fifteen (15) days after request execute, acknowledge and deliver documents which the holder of any landlord’s mortgagemay reasonably require as further evidence of this subordination and attornment. MORTGAGE SUBORDINATION AND ATTORNMENT. This Sublease shall automatically be subordinate to any mortgage or deed of trust created by Landlord to the extent the Master Lease is subordinate to the same mortgage or deed of trust, and Subtenant shall attorn on the same terms and conditions as the Tenant in the Master Lease, provided Subtenant shall enjoy the terms and conditions relating to such subordination and attornment to the same extent Tenant does under the terms of the Master Lease.
MORTGAGE SUBORDINATION AND ATTORNMENT. 16.1 This Lease and the term and estate hereby granted are and shall be subject and subordinate to the lien of each mortgage that may now or at any time hereafter affect the Building, the Land, or Landlord's interest therein and to all renewals, modifications, consolidations, replacements and extensions thereof (each, an "Underlying Mortgage") and any underlying lease that may now or at any time hereafter affect the Land or Building and to all renewals, modifications, consolidations, replacements and extensions thereof (each, an "Underlying Lease"). The foregoing provision for the subordination of this Lease and the term and estate hereby granted shall be self-operative and no further instrument shall be required to effect the subordination. Nevertheless, Tenant shall, upon request by Landlord, at any time or times, execute and deliver any and all instruments that may be necessary or proper to effect, confirm or evidence the subordination.

MORTGAGE SUBORDINATION AND ATTORNMENT. The holder of any mortgage or deed of trust not existing or hereinafter placed upon the property shall have the right to elect, at any time, whether this lease shall be subordinate to the operation and effect of such mortgage or deed of trust or superior thereto, without the necessity in either case for execution by Tenant, of any instrument other than this Lease, and such election shall be binding upon Tenant. Tenant appoints the Landlord its attorney-in-fact to execute all documents required for such subordination.

MORTGAGE SUBORDINATION AND ATTORNMENT. This Lease shall be subordinate to any mortgage or deed of trust now existing or hereafter placed upon the Land, the Building or the Premises created by or at the instance of Landlord, and to any and all advances to be made there under, and to interest thereon and all modifications, renewals and replacements or extensions thereof ("Landlord's Mortgage"); provided, however, that if the holder of any Landlord's Mortgage or any person or persons purchasing or otherwise acquiring the Land, Building or Premises at any sale or other proceeding under any Landlord's Mortgage shall elect to continue this Lease in full force and effect; and, in such event, Tenant shall attorney to and become the Tenant to such person or persons. Tenant shall, upon demand by Xxxxxxxx, execute such instruments as may be required at any time, and from time to time, to subordinate the rights and interests of the Tenant under this Lease to the lien of any mortgage or deed of trust at any time placed on the Land or Building of which the Premises are a part. A failure by Tenant to execute such instruments shall be deemed an Event of Default under the terms of this Lease.
MORTGAGE SUBORDINATION AND ATTORNMENT. Tenant hereby subordinates Tenant's rights under this Lease to the liens of any mortgages, deeds of trust or any other security instruments of Landlord now or hereafter placed upon the Real Property, and to any and all advances, replacements, renewals, extensions, or modifications thereof and to the interest thereon, provided the mortgagee, trustee or holder of said mortgages, deeds of trust or other security instruments shall agree not to disturb Tenant's possession under this Lease in the event of foreclosure, so long as Tenant is not in default after expiration of any applicable notice and cure periods. In the event any proceedings are brought for the foreclosure of, sale in lieu thereof, or exercise of any power of sale under, and mortgage, deed of trust or other security instrument of Landlord for the Real Property, Tenant shall, upon request, attorn to the purchaser upon any such foreclosure or sale, recognize such purchaser as Landlord under this Lease and execute such instruments as may reasonably be requested by such purchaser to evidence such attornment, including a new Lease for the balance of the term hereof, provided the terms thereof are the same as the terms of this Lease. Tenant shall execute a customary subordination and non-disturbance agreement within twenty (20) days after any request by a current or future mortgage lender.
