Common use of Tenant's Attornment Clause in Contracts

Tenant's Attornment. Tenant shall attorn: (i) to any purchaser of the Building or Property at any foreclosure sale or private sale conducted pursuant to any security instrument encumbering the Building and/or the Property; (ii) to any grantee or transferee designated in any deed given in lieu of foreclosure, or (iii) to the lessor under any underlying ground lease should such ground lease be terminated.
