Common use of Tenant’s Authority Clause in Contracts

Tenant’s Authority. If Tenant executes this Lease as a partnership or corporation, then Tenant and the persons and/or entities executing this Lease on behalf of Tenant represent and warrant that: (a) Tenant is a duly authorized and existing partnership or corporation, as the case may be, and is qualified to do business in the state in which the Building is located; (b) such persons and/or entities executing this Lease are duly authorized to execute and deliver this Lease on Tenant's behalf in accordance with the Tenant's partnership agreement (if Tenant is a partnership), or a duly adopted resolution of Tenant's board of directors and the Tenant's by-laws (if Tenant is a corporation); and (c) this Lease is binding upon Tenant in accordance with its terms.

Tenant’s Authority. If Tenant executes this Lease as a partnership or corporation, then Tenant hereby represents and the persons and/or entities executing this Lease on behalf of Tenant represent and warrant warrants that: (a) Tenant is a duly authorized and existing partnership or corporation, as the case may be, and is qualified to do business in the state in which the Building is located; (b) such persons and/or entities executing this Lease are duly authorized to execute and deliver this Lease on Tenant's ’s behalf in accordance with the Tenant's ’s partnership agreement (if Tenant is a partnership), or a duly adopted resolution of Tenant's Xxxxxx’s board of directors and the Tenant's ’s by-laws (if Tenant is a corporation); and (c) this Lease is binding upon Tenant in accordance with its terms.

Tenant’s Authority. If Tenant executes this Lease as a partnership or corporation, then Tenant and the persons and/or entities executing this Lease on behalf of Tenant represent and warrant that: (a) Tenant is a duly authorized and existing partnership or corporation, as the case may be, and is qualified to do business in the state in which the Building is located; (b) such persons and/or entities executing this Lease are duly authorized to execute and deliver this Lease on Tenant's ’s behalf in accordance with the Tenant's ’s partnership agreement (if Tenant is a partnership), or a duly adopted resolution of Tenant's ’s board of directors and the Tenant's ’s by-laws (if Tenant is a corporation); and (c) this Lease is binding upon Tenant in accordance with its terms.

If Tenant executes this Lease as a partnership partnership, limited liability company or corporation, then Tenant and the persons and/or entities executing this Lease on behalf of Tenant represent and warrant that: (a) Tenant is a duly authorized and existing partnership partnership, limited liability company or corporation, as the case may be, and is qualified to do business in the state in which the Building is located; (b) such persons and/or entities executing this Lease are duly authorized to execute and deliver this Lease on Tenant's behalf in accordance with the Tenant's partnership agreement (if Tenant is a partnership), operating agreement (if Tenant is a limited liability company) or a duly adopted resolution of Tenant's board of directors and the Tenant's by-laws (if Tenant is a corporation); and (c) this Lease is binding upon Tenant in accordance with its terms.

Tenant’s Authority. If Tenant executes this Lease as a partnership partnership, corporation or corporationlimited liability company, then Tenant represents and the persons and/or entities executing this Lease on behalf of Tenant represent and warrant warrants that: (a) Tenant is a duly authorized organized and existing partnership partnership, corporation or corporationlimited liability company, as the case may be, and is qualified to do business in the state in which the Building is located; (b) such persons and/or entities executing this Lease are duly authorized to execute and deliver this Lease on Tenant's ’s behalf in accordance with the Tenant's ’s partnership agreement (if Tenant is a partnership), or a duly adopted resolution of Tenant's ’s board of directors and the Tenant's ’s by-laws (if Tenant is a corporation) or with Tenant’s operating agreement (if Tenant is a limited liability company); and (c) this Lease is binding upon Tenant in accordance with its terms.
