Common use of Tenant’s Authority Clause in Contracts

Tenant’s Authority. If Tenant executes this Lease as a limited liability company, partnership or corporation, then Tenant and the persons and/or entities executing this Lease on behalf of Tenant represent and warrant that: (a) Tenant is a duly organized and validly existing limited liability company, partnership or corporation, as the case may be, and is qualified to do business in the state in which the Plaza is located; (b) such persons and/or entities executing this Lease are duly authorized to execute and deliver this Lease on Xxxxxx’s behalf in accordance with the Tenant’s partnership or operating agreement (if Tenant is a partnership or limited liability company, respectively), or a duly adopted resolution of Tenant’s board of directors and the Tenant’s by-laws (if Tenant is a corporation); and (c) this Lease is binding upon Tenant in accordance with its terms. Concurrently with Xxxxxx’s execution and delivery of this Lease to Landlord and/or at any time during the Term within ten (10) days of Landlord’s request, Tenant shall provide to Landlord a copy of any documents reasonably requested by Landlord evidencing such qualification, organization, existence and authorization.

Tenant’s Authority. If Tenant executes this Lease as a limited liability company, partnership or corporation, then Tenant and the persons and/or entities executing this Lease on behalf of Tenant represent and warrant that: (a) Tenant is a duly organized and validly existing limited liability company, partnership or corporation, as the case may be, and is qualified to do business in the state in which the Plaza is Premises are located; (b) such persons and/or entities executing this Lease are duly authorized to execute and deliver this Lease on Xxxxxx’s Tenant's behalf in accordance with the Tenant’s partnership or 's operating agreement (if Tenant is a partnership or limited liability company), respectivelyTenant's partnership agreement (if Tenant is a partnership), or a duly adopted resolution of Tenant’s 's board of directors and the Tenant’s 's by-laws (if Tenant is a corporation); and (c) this Lease is binding upon Tenant in accordance with its terms. Concurrently with Xxxxxx’s Tenant's execution and delivery of this Lease to Landlord and/or at any time during the Lease Term within ten (10) days of Landlord’s 's request, Tenant shall provide to Landlord a copy of any documents reasonably requested by Landlord evidencing such qualification, organization, existence and authorization.

If Tenant executes this Lease as a partnership, corporation or limited liability company, partnership or corporation, then Tenant and the persons and/or entities executing this Lease on behalf of Tenant represent and warrant that: (a) Tenant is a duly organized and validly existing partnership, corporation or limited liability company, partnership or corporation, as the case may be, and is qualified to do business in the state in which the Plaza Building is located; (b) such persons and/or entities executing this Lease are duly authorized to execute and deliver this Lease on Xxxxxx’s Tenant's behalf in accordance with the Tenant’s 's partnership or operating agreement (if Tenant is a partnership or limited liability company, respectivelypartnership), or a duly adopted resolution of Tenant’s 's board of directors and the Tenant’s 's by-laws (if Tenant is a corporation) or with Tenant's operating agreement (if Tenant is a limited liability company); and (c) this Lease is binding upon Tenant in accordance with its terms. Concurrently with Xxxxxx’s Tenant's execution and delivery of this Lease to Landlord and/or at any time during the Term within ten (10) days of Landlord’s 's request, Tenant shall provide to Landlord a copy of any documents reasonably requested by Landlord evidencing such qualification, organization, existence and authorization.

If Tenant executes this Lease as a limited liability company, partnership or corporation, then Tenant represents and the persons and/or entities executing this Lease on behalf of Tenant represent and warrant warrants that: (a) Tenant is a duly organized and validly existing limited liability company, partnership partnership, or corporation, as the case may be, and is qualified to do business in the state in which the Plaza is Premises are located; (b) such persons and/or entities executing this Lease are duly authorized to execute and deliver this Lease on XxxxxxTenant’s behalf in accordance with the Tenant’s partnership or operating agreement (if Tenant is a partnership or limited liability company), respectivelyTenant’s partnership agreement (if Tenant is a partnership), or a duly adopted resolution of Tenant’s board of directors and the Tenant’s by-laws (if Tenant is a corporation); and (c) this Lease is binding upon Tenant in accordance with its terms. Concurrently with XxxxxxTenant’s execution and delivery of this Lease to Landlord and/or at any time during the Lease Term within ten (10) days of Landlord’s request, Tenant shall provide to Landlord a copy of any documents reasonably requested by Landlord evidencing such qualification, organization, existence Tenant’s representations and authorizationwarranties hereunder.

Concurrently with XxxxxxTenant’s execution and delivery of this Lease to Landlord and/or at any time during the Lease Term within ten (10) days of Landlord’s request, Tenant shall provide to Landlord a copy of any documents reasonably requested by Landlord evidencing such qualification, organization, existence Tenant’s representations and authorizationwarranties hereunder.

Concurrently with Xxxxxx’s Tenant's execution and delivery of this Lease to Landlord and/or at any time during the Term within ten (10) days of Landlord’s 's request, Tenant shall provide to Landlord a copy of any documents reasonably requested by Landlord evidencing such qualification, organization, existence and authorization.

Tenant’s Authority. Concurrently with XxxxxxTenant’s execution and delivery of this Lease to Landlord and/or at any time during the Lease Term within ten (10) days of Landlord’s request, Tenant shall provide to Landlord a copy of any documents reasonably requested by Landlord evidencing such qualification, organization, existence Tenant’s representations and authorizationwarranties hereunder.

Tenant’s Authority. Concurrently with XxxxxxTenant’s execution and delivery of this Lease to Landlord and/or at any time during the Lease Term within ten (10) days of Landlord’s request, Tenant shall provide to Landlord a copy of any documents reasonably requested by Landlord evidencing such qualification, organization, existence Tenant’s representations and authorizationwarranties hereunder.

Tenant’s Authority. Concurrently with XxxxxxTenant’s execution and delivery of this Lease to Landlord and/or at any time during the Lease Term within ten (10) days of Landlord’s request, Tenant shall provide to Landlord a copy of any documents reasonably requested by Landlord evidencing such qualification, organization, existence Tenant’s representations and authorizationwarranties hereunder.

Tenant’s Authority. If Tenant executes this Lease as a limited liability company, partnership partnership, or corporation, then Tenant and the persons and/or entities executing this Lease on behalf of Tenant represent and warrant that: (a) Tenant is a duly organized organized, authorized and validly existing partnership, corporation or limited liability company, partnership or corporation, as the case may be, and is qualified to do business in the state in which the Plaza Premises is located; (b) such persons and/or entities executing this Lease are duly authorized to execute and deliver this Lease on XxxxxxTenant’s behalf in accordance with the Tenant’s partnership or operating agreement (if Tenant is a partnership or limited liability company), respectivelyTenant’s partnership agreement (if Tenant is a partnership), or a duly adopted resolution of Tenant’s board of directors and the Tenant’s by-laws (if Tenant is a corporation); , and (c) this Lease is binding upon Tenant in accordance with its terms. Concurrently with XxxxxxTenant’s execution and delivery of this Lease to Landlord and/or at any time during the Term within ten (10) days of Landlord’s request, Tenant shall provide to Landlord a copy of any documents reasonably requested by Landlord evidencing such qualification, organization, existence and authorization.

Tenant’s Authority. If Tenant executes this Lease as a limited liability company, partnership or corporation, then Tenant and the persons and/or entities entitles executing this Lease on behalf of Tenant represent and warrant that: (a) Tenant is a duly organized and validly existing limited liability company, partnership or corporation, as the case may be, and is qualified to do business in the state in which the Plaza is Premises are located; (b) such persons and/or entities entitles executing this Lease are duly authorized to execute and deliver this Lease on XxxxxxTenant’s behalf in accordance with the Tenant’s partnership or operating agreement (if Tenant is a partnership or limited liability company), respectivelyTenant’s partnership agreement (if Tenant is a partnership), or a duly adopted resolution of Tenant’s board of directors and the Tenant’s by-laws (if Tenant is a corporation); and (c) this Lease is binding upon Tenant in accordance with its terms. Concurrently with Xxxxxx’s execution and delivery of this Lease to Landlord and/or at any time during the Term within ten (10) days of Tenant shall, promptly following Landlord’s requestrequest therefor, Tenant shall provide deliver evidence, reasonably acceptable to Landlord a copy Landlord, of any documents reasonably requested by Landlord evidencing such qualification, organization, existence and authorization.

Tenant’s Authority. If Tenant executes this Lease as a partnership, corporation or limited liability company, partnership or corporation, then Tenant and the persons and/or entities executing this Lease on behalf of Tenant represent and warrant that: (a) Tenant is a duly organized and validly existing partnership, corporation or limited liability company, partnership or corporation, as the case may be, and is qualified to do business in the state in which the Plaza Building is located; and (b) such persons and/or entities executing this Lease are duly authorized to execute and deliver this Lease on Xxxxxx’s Tenant's behalf in accordance with the Tenant’s 's partnership or operating agreement (if Tenant is a partnership or limited liability company, respectivelypartnership), or a duly adopted resolution of Tenant’s 's board of directors and the Tenant’s 's by-laws (if Tenant is a corporation) or with Tenant's operating agreement (if Tenant is a limited liability company); and (c) this Lease is binding upon Tenant in accordance with its terms. Concurrently with Xxxxxx’s Tenant's execution and delivery of this Lease to Landlord and/or at any time during the Term within ten twenty (1020) days of Landlord’s 's request, Tenant shall provide to Landlord a copy of any documents reasonably requested by Landlord evidencing such qualification, organization, existence and authorization.

Tenant’s Authority. If Tenant executes this Lease as a limited liability company, partnership or corporation, then Tenant and the persons and/or entities executing this Lease on behalf of Tenant represent and warrant that: (a) Tenant is a duly organized and validly existing limited liability company, partnership or corporation, as the case may be, and is qualified to do business in the state in which the Plaza is Premises are located; (b) such persons and/or entities executing this Lease are duly authorized to execute and deliver this Lease on Xxxxxx’s Tenant's behalf in accordance with the Tenant’s partnership or 's operating agreement (if Tenant is a partnership or limited liability company), respectivelyTenant's partnership agreement (if Tenant is a partnership), or a duly adopted resolution of Tenant’s 's board of directors and the Tenant’s 's by-laws (if Tenant is a corporation); and (c) this Lease is binding upon Tenant in accordance with its terms. Concurrently with Xxxxxx’s execution Tenaxx'x xxecution and delivery of this Lease to Landlord and/or at any time during the Lease Term within ten (10) days of Landlord’s 's request, Tenant shall provide to Landlord a copy of any documents reasonably requested by Landlord evidencing such qualification, organization, existence and authorization.

Tenant’s Authority. If Tenant or Landlord executes this Lease as a limited liability company, partnership or corporation, then Tenant or Landlord, as applicable, represents and the persons and/or entities executing this Lease on behalf of Tenant represent and warrant warrants that: (a) Tenant it is a duly organized and validly existing limited liability company, partnership or corporation, as the case may be, and is qualified to do business in the state in which the Plaza is Premises are located; (b) such persons and/or entities executing this Lease are duly authorized to execute and deliver this Lease on XxxxxxTenant's or Landlord’s behalf in accordance with the Tenant's or Landlord’s partnership or operating agreement (if Tenant is a partnership or limited liability company), respectivelyTenant's or Landlord’s partnership agreement (if a partnership), or a duly adopted resolution of Tenant’s 's board of directors and the Tenant's or Landlord’s by-laws (if Tenant is a corporation); and (c) this Lease is binding upon Tenant or Landlord in accordance with its terms. Concurrently with Xxxxxx’s the mutual execution and delivery of this Lease to Landlord and/or at any time during Lease, the Term within ten (10) days of Landlord’s request, Tenant parties shall provide to Landlord each other with a copy of any documents reasonably requested by Landlord the other party evidencing such qualification, organization, existence and authorization.
