TENANT'S CERTIFICATE. Tenant shall, without charge at any time and from time to time, within fifteen (15) days after request by Landlord, certify by written instrument, duly executed, acknowledged and delivered and given with the express knowledge that any party may rely on the information set forth in said instrument, to any mortgagee, assignee of any mortgage or to any purchaser, or any proposed mortgagee, assignee of any mortgage or purchaser, or any other person, firm or corporation specified by Landlord:
