Common use of TENANT'S COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE REQUIREMENTS Clause in Contracts

TENANT'S COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE REQUIREMENTS. Except as otherwise provided in this Lease, TENANT shall, at TENANT's sole expense, fully, diligently and in a timely manner, materially comply with all Applicable Requirements, the requirements of any applicable fire insurance underwriter or rating bureau, and the recommendations of LANDLORD's engineers and/or consultants which relate in any manner to the Premises, without regard to whether said requirements are now in effect or become effective after the Start Date. TENANT shall, within ten (10) days after receipt of LANDLORD's written request, provide LANDLORD with copies of all permits and other documents, and other information evidencing TENANT's compliance with any Applicable Requirements specified by LANDLORD, and shall immediately upon receipt, notify LANDLORD in writing (with copies of any documents involved) of any threatened or actual claim, notice, citation, warning, complaint or report pertaining to or involving the failure of TENANT or the Premises to comply with any Applicable Requirements.

Except as otherwise provided in this Lease, TENANT Tenant shall, at TENANT's Tenant’s sole expense, fully, diligently and in a timely manner, materially comply with all Applicable Requirements, the requirements of any applicable fire insurance underwriter or rating bureau, and the recommendations of LANDLORD's Landlord’s engineers and/or consultants which relate in any manner to the Premises, without regard to whether said requirements are now in effect or become effective after the Start Commencement Date. TENANT Tenant shall, within ten (101 0) days after receipt of LANDLORD's Landlord’s written request, provide LANDLORD Landlord with copies of all permits and other documents, and other information evidencing TENANT's Tenant’s compliance with any Applicable Requirements specified by LANDLORD, Landlord. and shall immediately upon receipt, notify LANDLORD Landlord in writing (with copies of any documents involved) of any threatened or actual claim, claim notice, citation, . warning, complaint or report pertaining to or involving the failure of TENANT Tenant or the Premises to comply with any Applicable Requirements.

TENANT Tenant shall, within ten (10) 10 days after receipt of LANDLORDLandlord's written request, provide LANDLORD Landlord with copies of all permits and other documents, and other information evidencing TENANTTenant's compliance with any Applicable Requirements specified by LANDLORDXxxxxxxx, and shall immediately upon receipt, notify LANDLORD Landlord in writing (with copies of any documents involved) of any threatened or actual claim, notice, citation, warning, complaint or report pertaining to or involving the failure of TENANT Tenant or the Premises to comply with any Applicable Requirements.

TENANT'S COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE REQUIREMENTS. Except as otherwise provided in this Lease, TENANT Tenant shall, at TENANTTenant's sole cost and expense, fully, diligently and in a timely manner, materially manner comply at all times during the Term with all Applicable Requirements, the requirements of any applicable fire insurance underwriter or rating bureau, and the recommendations of LANDLORD's engineers and/or consultants which relate in any manner to the Premises, without regard to whether said requirements are Requirements now in effect or become effective after which may hereafter come into effect, including, without limitation, payment of all amounts Landlord is obligated to pay under the Start DateDeclarations or other matters of record affecting the Premises. TENANT Tenant shall, within ten (10) five days after receipt of LANDLORDLandlord's written request, provide LANDLORD Landlord with copies of all permits documents and other documentsinformation, including but not limited to permits, registrations, manifests, applications, reports and other information certificates, evidencing TENANTTenant's compliance with any Applicable Requirements specified by LANDLORDLandlord, and shall immediately upon receipt, notify LANDLORD receipt give notice to Landlord in writing (with copies of any documents involved) of any threatened or actual claim, notice, citation, warning, complaint or report pertaining to or involving the failure of TENANT by Tenant or the Premises to comply with any of the Applicable Requirements.
