Tenant’s Consent to Changes in Lease. If, in connection with obtaining financing for the Leased Property, a banking, insurance or other recognized institutional lender shall request reasonable modifications in this Lease as a condition to such financing, Tenant will not unreasonably withhold, delay or defer its consent thereto, provided that such modification does not increase the obligations of Tenant hereunder or adversely affect the leasehold interest hereby created or Tenant's use and enjoyment of the Leased Property.
