Common use of Tenant’s Credit Rating Clause in Contracts

Tenant’s Credit Rating. Landlord shall have the right at its sole option and discretion to refuse any renewal of this lease where Xxxxxx’s credit rating is not at least as good at the time of such renewal as it was at the commencement of the term of this lease; the obligations to prove such credit rating to the entire satisfaction of Landlord at either or both of such times, to be incumbent on Tenant.
