Common use of Tenant’s Deliveries Clause in Contracts

Tenant’s Deliveries. Tenant shall deliver to Landlord, at least five (5) days prior to the commencement of construction of Tenant’s Work, the following information: (i) The names, addresses, telephone numbers, and primary contacts for the general, mechanical and electrical contractors Tenant intends to engage in the performance of Tenant’s Work; and (ii) The date on which Tenant’s Work will commence, together with the estimated dates of completion of Tenant’s construction and fixturing work.

Tenant’s Deliveries. Tenant shall deliver to Landlord, at least five (5) days prior to the commencement of construction of Tenant’s Work, the following information: (i) The names, addresses, telephone numbers, and primary contacts for the general, mechanical and electrical contractors Tenant intends to engage in the performance of Tenant▇▇▇▇▇▇’s Work; and (ii) The date on which Tenant▇▇▇▇▇▇’s Work will commence, together with the estimated dates of completion of Tenant▇▇▇▇▇▇’s construction and fixturing work.

Tenant’s Deliveries. Tenant shall deliver to Landlord, at least five (5) days prior to the commencement of construction of any phase of Tenant’s 's Work, the following information: (i) The names, addresses, telephone numbers, and primary contacts for the general, mechanical general contractor and electrical contractors all subcontractors Tenant intends to engage in the performance of Tenant’s 's Work; and (ii) The date on which such phase of Tenant’s 's Work will is expected to commence, together with the estimated dates of completion of Tenant’s 's construction and fixturing workwork for such phase.

Tenant’s Deliveries. Tenant shall deliver to Landlord, at least five (5) days prior to the commencement of construction of Tenant’s 's Work, the following information: (i) The names, business addresses, telephone numbers, and primary contacts for the general, mechanical and electrical contractors Tenant intends to engage in the performance of Tenant’s 's Work; and (ii) The date on which Tenant’s 's Work will commence, together with the estimated dates of completion of Tenant’s 's construction and fixturing work.

Tenant shall deliver to Landlord, at least five (5) business days prior to the commencement of construction of Tenant’s Work, the following information: (i) The names, addresses, telephone numbers, and primary contacts for the general, mechanical and electrical contractors Tenant intends to engage in the performance of Tenant’s Work; and (ii) The date on which Tenant’s Work will commence, together with the estimated dates of completion of Tenant’s construction and fixturing workwork (which information may be included in the Work Schedule for purposes of compliance herewith).
