Common use of Tenant’s Environmental Responsibilities Clause in Contracts

Tenant’s Environmental Responsibilities. During the Term of this Lease, Tenant shall not cause or permit any Hazardous Substances to be Used on, in or under the Leased Premises by Tenant, Tenant’s agents, employees or contractors, or anyone claiming by, through or under Tenant, except in the ordinary course of business in the operation of Tenant’s business as permitted by Paragraph 7(A) of this Lease, or as reasonably required in performing the obligations of Tenant under this Lease, and then only to the extent that there is no contamination of the leased Premises and that no Laws in effect at such time are violated by Tenant.

During the Term of this Lease, Tenant shall not cause or permit any Hazardous Substances to be Used used, stored, generated or disposed of (collectively, “Used”) on, in or under the Leased Premises by Tenant, Tenant’s agents, employees or contractors, or anyone claiming by, through or under Tenant, except in the ordinary course of business in the operation of Tenant’s business as permitted by Paragraph 7(A) Article 8 of this Lease, or as reasonably required in performing the obligations of Tenant under this Lease, and then only to the extent that there is no contamination of the leased Premises and that no Laws in effect at such time are violated by Tenant.
