Common use of Tenant’s Failure to Complete Clause in Contracts

Tenant’s Failure to Complete. If Landlord consents to a proposed assignment or sublease and Tenant fails to execute and deliver to Landlord such assignment or sublease within 270 days after the giving of such consent, then Tenant shall again comply with all of the provisions and conditions of Section 16.2 hereof before assigning this Lease or subletting all or part of the Premises.

Tenant’s Failure to Complete. If Landlord consents to a proposed assignment or sublease and Tenant fails to execute and deliver to Landlord such assignment or sublease within 270 one hundred twenty (120) days after the giving of such consent, then Tenant shall again comply with all of the provisions and conditions of Section 16.2 14.2 and 14.5 hereof before assigning this Lease or subletting all or part of the Premises.

If Landlord consents to a proposed assignment or sublease and Tenant fails to execute and deliver to Landlord such assignment or sublease within 270 90 days after the giving of such consent, then Tenant shall again comply with all of the provisions and conditions of Section 16.2 hereof 13.2 before assigning this Lease or subletting all or part of the Premises.

If Landlord consents to a proposed assignment or sublease and Tenant fails to execute and deliver to Landlord such assignment or sublease within 270 ninety (90) days after the giving of such consent, or if there are any material changes in the terms and conditions of the proposed assignment or sublease such that Landlord would initially have been entitled to refuse its consent to such Transfer under this Article 13, then Tenant shall again comply with all of the provisions and conditions of Section 16.2 hereof Sections 13.2, 13.3 and 13.4 before assigning this Lease or subletting all or part of the Premises.

Tenant’s Failure to Complete.
