Tenant’s Financial Assurance in the Event of a Breach. In addition to all other rights and remedies available to Landlord under this Lease or otherwise, Landlord may, in the event of a breach of the requirements of this Section 27 that is not cured within 30 days following notice of such breach by Landlord, require Tenant to provide reasonable financial assurance (such as insurance, escrow of funds or third party guarantee) in an amount and form satisfactory to Landlord. The requirements of this Section 27 are in addition to and not in lieu of any other provision in this Lease.
