Common use of Tenant’s Financial Condition Clause in Contracts

Tenant’s Financial Condition. Within ten (10) days after request from Landlord from time to time, Tenant shall deliver to Landlord Tenant's audited financial statements for the latest available fiscal year. Such financial statements shall be delivered to Landlord's mortgagees and lenders and prospective mortgagees, lenders and purchasers. Tenant represents and warrants to Landlord that each such financial statement shall be true and accurate as of the date of such statement. All financial statements shall be confidential and shall be used only for the purposes set forth in this Lease.

All financial statements shall be confidential and shall be used only for the purposes set forth in this Lease.
