Tenant's Fixtures and Fittings. The provisions of the Separation Agreement and the other Ancillary Agreements shall apply to any trade fixtures and personal property located at each Property (excluding any trade fixtures and personal property owned by third parties). The licenses as to the Shared Properties shall include the rental of the furniture at such Properties.
