Common use of TENANT'S GENERAL COVENANT Clause in Contracts

TENANT'S GENERAL COVENANT. Tenant covenants (i) to pay the Fixed Rent, any increases in the Fixed Rent, and any additional rent payable pursuant to the provisions of this Lease, and (ii) to observe and perform, and to permit no violation of, the terms, covenants and conditions of this Lease on Tenant's part to be observed and performed.
