TENANT'S HOLD OVER. If Tenant remains in possession of the Premises with the consent of Landlord after the natural expiration of this Agreement, a new tenancy from month-to-month shall be created between Landlord and Tenant which shall be subject to all of the terms and conditions hereof except that rent shall then be due and owing at DOLLARS ($ ) per month and except that such tenancy shall be terminable upon thirty (30) days written notice served by either party.

If Tenant remains in possession of the Premises with the consent of Landlord after the natural expiration of this Agreement, a new tenancy from month-to-month shall be created between Landlord and Tenant which shall be subject to all of the terms and conditions hereof except that rent shall then be due and owing at One Thousand DOLLARS ($ $1000.00) per month and except that such tenancy shall be terminable upon thirty (30) days written notice served by either party.

TENANT'S HOLD OVER. If Tenant remains in possession of the Premises with the consent of Landlord after the natural expiration of this Agreement, a new tenancy from month-to-month shall be created between Landlord and Tenant which shall be subject to all of the terms and conditions hereof except that rent shall then be due and owing at Three Thousand Two Hundred DOLLARS ($ $3200.00) per month and except that such tenancy shall be terminable upon thirty (30) days written notice served by either party.

TENANT'S HOLD OVER. If Tenant remains in possession of the Premises with the consent of Landlord after the natural expiration of this Agreement, a new tenancy from month-to-month shall be created between Landlord and Tenant which shall be subject to all of the terms and conditions hereof except that rent shall then be due and owing at DOLLARS ($ ) 125% of the monthly rental due in the last month of the Term per month in advance and except that such tenancy shall be terminable upon thirty (30) days written notice served by either party.

If Tenant Resident remains in possession of the Premises with the consent of Landlord Management or Owner after the natural expiration of this Agreement, a new tenancy from month-to-month shall be created between Landlord Owner and Tenant Resident which shall be subject to all of the terms and conditions hereof except that rent Rent shall then be due and owing at DOLLARS ($ ) per month and except that such tenancy shall be terminable upon thirty (30) days written notice served by either party.
