Tenant’s Indemnification of Landlord. This Section shall not apply to Hazardous Materials, the subject of which is governed by the provisions of Section 5.2 of this Lease.

Tenant’s Indemnification of Landlord. Tenant shall indemnify, ------------------------------------ protect, defend and hold Landlord and Landlord's ’s members, directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates and authorized representatives harmless from and against Claims claims, actions, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs incurred in defending against the same (“Claims”) arising from out of or relating (directly or indirectly) to (a) this Lease, the tenancy created under this Lease, or the Premises, or (b) the acts or omissions of Tenant or Tenant's ’s Representatives or Visitors in or about the PropertyPremises, or (bc) any construction or other work undertaken by Tenant on the Premises (including any design defects), or (cd) any breach or default under this Lease by Tenant, or (de) any loss, injury or damage, howsoever and by whomsoever caused, to any person or property, occurring in or about the Premises during the Term, excepting only Claims described in this clause (d) to the extent they are caused by the willful misconduct or negligent acts or omissions of Landlord or its authorized representatives.
