Tenant’s Lease Obligations. 13.6.1 [Reserved] 13.6.2 Without limiting Section 2.5 in any manner, for the avoidance of doubt, the Parties agree that (a) nothing in this Article XIII is intended, nor shall it be construed, to limit, vitiate or supersede any of the provisions, terms and conditions of the Lease, and (b) without limitation of the preceding clause (a), nothing contained in this Agreement, including this Article XIII hereof, is intended, nor shall it be construed, to limit, vitiate or supersede the provisions, terms and conditions of the Lease pertaining to Leasehold Financings, including Article XVII of the Lease.
