Common use of Tenant’s Liability Clause in Contracts

Tenant’s Liability. If, at any time. (i) Tenant shall be comprised of two or more Persons, (ii) Tenant’s obligations under this Lease shall have been guaranteed by any Person other than Tenant, or (iii) Tenant’s interest in this Lease shall have been assigned, the word “Tenant,” as used in Sections 19.1(g), (h) and (i), shall be deemed to mean any one or more of the Persons primarily or secondarily liable for Tenant’s obligations under this Lease. Any monies received by Landlord from or on behalf of Tenant during the pendency of any proceeding of the types referred to in this Article shall be deemed paid as compensation for the use and occupancy of the Premises and the acceptance of any such compensation by Landlord shall not be deemed an acceptance of Rent or a waiver on the part of Landlord of any rights under this Lease.

Tenant’s Liability. If, at any time. (i) , Tenant shall be comprised of two or more Personspersons, (ii) Tenant’s obligations under this Lease shall have been guaranteed by any Person person other than Tenant, or (iii) Tenant’s interest in this Lease shall have been assigned, the word “Tenant,” as used in Sections 19.1(gSection 16.1(f), (h16.1(g) and (i16.1(h), shall be deemed to mean any one or more of the Persons persons primarily or secondarily liable for Tenant’s obligations under this Lease. Any monies received by Landlord from or on behalf of Tenant during the pendency of any proceeding of the types referred to in this Article 16 shall be deemed paid as compensation for the use and occupancy of the Premises and the acceptance of any such compensation by Landlord shall not be deemed an acceptance of Rent or a waiver on the part of Landlord of any rights under this Lease.

Any monies received by Landlord from or on behalf of Tenant during the pendency of any proceeding of the types referred to in this Article 17 shall be deemed paid as ---------- compensation for the use and occupancy of the Premises and the acceptance of any such compensation by Landlord shall not be deemed an acceptance of Rent or a waiver on the part of Landlord of any rights under this Lease.
