Common use of Tenant’s Liability Clause in Contracts

Tenant’s Liability. Notwithstanding any assignment or sublease, and notwithstanding the acceptance of Rent by Landlord from any such assignee or sub lessee, Tenant shall continue to remain liable for the payment of Rent hereunder and for the performance of all agreements, conditions, covenants and terms herein contained,
