Common use of Tenant’s Non-Exclusive Use Clause in Contracts

Tenant’s Non-Exclusive Use. Subject to the contingencies contained herein, Tenant is granted the nonexclusive use of the common corridors and hallways, stairwells, elevators, restrooms, parking facilities, lobbies and other public or Common Areas located on the Real Property (collectively, “Common Areas”). However, the manner in which such public and Common Areas are maintained and operated shall be at the reasonable discretion of Landlord, and Tenant’s use thereof shall be subject to such reasonable and non-discriminatory rules, regulations and restrictions as Landlord may make from time to time.
