Tenant’s Pest Management Obligations. Tenant shall, at all times during the Term of the Lease and at Tenant’s sole cost and expense, keep the Premises and every part thereof in clean and sanitary conditions, including having a pest control program in place in accordance to the Airport’s standards. Tenant shall hire a licensed pest control company or may contract with the Airport to provide these services. Tenant and the pest control company must adhere to the following set of standards in accordance to the City and County of San Francisco (CCSF) Environment Code, Chapter 3, including but not limited to the following: (a) Using pesticides on the CCSF allowed list only when application is made on City property i.e.
