Common use of Tenant’s Right to Possession Clause in Contracts

Tenant’s Right to Possession. Provided Tenant pays the Rent and fully performs all of its other covenants and agreements under this Lease, Tenant shall have the right to occupy the Premises without hindrance from Landlord or any person lawfully claiming through Landlord, subject to the terms of this Lease, all Mortgages, insurance requirements and applicable Law. This covenant and all other covenants of Landlord shall be binding upon Landlord and its successors only during its or their respective periods of ownership of the Building, and shall not be a personal covenant of any Landlord Parties.

Tenant’s Right to Possession. Provided Tenant pays the Rent and fully performs all of its other covenants and agreements under this Lease, Tenant shall have the right to occupy the Premises without hindrance from Landlord or any person lawfully claiming through Landlord, subject to the terms of this Lease, all Mortgages, insurance requirements and applicable Law. This covenant and all other covenants of Landlord shall be binding upon Landlord and its successors and assignees only during its or their respective periods of ownership of the Building, and shall not be a personal covenant of any Landlord Parties.
