Tenant’s Right to Possession. If and so long as Tenant pays the rent, additional rent and other charges and performs and observes all of the provisions hereof, Tenant’s rights under this Agreement cannot be cut off or ended before the expiration date, except as provided in the terms of this Agreement and to the ground and underlying leases and mortgages herein above mentioned.
