Common use of Tenant’s Space Plans Clause in Contracts

Tenant’s Space Plans. Tenant shall deliver to Landlord schematic drawings and outline specifications (the “Space Plans”) detailing Tenant’s requirements for the Tenant Improvements. Not more than 10 days thereafter, Landlord shall deliver to Tenant the written reasonable objections, questions or comments of Landlord and the TI Architect with regard to the Space Plans. Tenant shall cause the Space Plans to be revised to address such written comments and shall resubmit said drawings to Landlord for approval thereafter. Such process shall continue until Landlord has approved the Space Plans.

Tenant’s Space Plans. Tenant shall deliver to Landlord schematic drawings and outline specifications (the “"Space Plans”") detailing Tenant’s 's requirements for the Tenant Improvements prior to the commencement by Tenant of the construction of the Tenant Improvements. Not more than 10 15 days thereafter, Landlord shall deliver to Tenant the written reasonable objections, questions or comments of Landlord and the TI Architect with regard to the such Space Plans. Tenant shall cause the Space Plans to be revised to address such written comments and shall resubmit said drawings to Landlord for approval within 15 days thereafter. Such process shall continue until Landlord has approved the Space PlansPlans for the Tenant Improvements.

Not more than 10 days thereafter, Landlord Lxxxxxxx shall deliver to Tenant the written reasonable objections, questions or comments of Landlord and the TI Architect with regard to the Space Plans. Tenant shall cause the Space Plans to be revised to address such written comments and shall resubmit said drawings to Landlord for approval within 10 days thereafter. Such process shall continue until Landlord has approved the Space Plans.

Not more than 10 5 business days thereafter, Landlord shall deliver to Tenant the written reasonable objections, questions or comments of Landlord and the TI Architect with regard to the Space Plans. Tenant shall cause the Space Plans to be revised to address such written comments and shall resubmit said drawings to Landlord for approval (which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld) within 5 business days thereafter. Such process shall continue until Landlord has approved the Space Plans.

Tenant shall deliver to Landlord and the TI Architect schematic drawings and outline specifications (the “Space Plans”) detailing Tenant’s requirements plans for completing Tenant’s Work within 30 days of the Tenant Improvementsdate hereof. Not more than 10 15 days thereafter, Landlord shall deliver to Tenant the reasonable written reasonable objections, questions or comments of Landlord and the TI Architect with regard to the Space Plans. Tenant shall cause the Space Plans to be revised to address such reasonable written comments and shall resubmit said drawings to Landlord for approval within 15 days thereafter. Such process shall continue until Landlord has approved the Space PlansPlans in its sole discretion.
