Common use of Tenant’s Space Plans Clause in Contracts

Tenant’s Space Plans. Tenant shall deliver to Landlord schematic drawings and outline specifications (the “Space Plans”) detailing Tenant’s requirements for the Tenant Improvements prior to the commencement by Tenant of the construction of the Tenant Improvements. Not more than 15 days thereafter, Landlord shall deliver to Tenant the written objections, questions or comments of Landlord and the TI Architect with regard to such Space Plans. Tenant shall cause the Space Plans to be revised to address such written comments and shall resubmit said drawings to Landlord for approval within 15 days thereafter. Such process shall continue until Landlord has approved the Space Plans for the Tenant Improvements.

Not more than 15 10 days thereafter, Landlord Lxxxxxxx shall deliver to Tenant the written objections, questions or comments of Landlord and the TI Architect with regard to such the Space Plans. Tenant shall cause the Space Plans to be revised to address such written comments and shall resubmit said drawings to Landlord for approval within 15 10 days thereafter. Such process shall continue until Landlord has approved the Space Plans for the Tenant ImprovementsPlans.

Not more than 15 days thereafter, Landlord shall deliver to Tenant the reasonable written objections, questions or comments of Landlord and the TI Architect with regard to such the Space Plans. Tenant shall cause the Space Plans to be revised to address such reasonable written comments and shall resubmit said drawings to Landlord for approval within 15 days thereafter. Such process shall continue until Landlord has approved the Space Plans for the Tenant Improvementsin its sole discretion.

Tenant’s Space Plans. Tenant shall deliver to Landlord schematic drawings and outline specifications (the “Space PlansPlan”) detailing Tenant’s requirements for the Tenant Improvements prior to the commencement by Tenant within 10 days of the construction of the Tenant Improvementsdate hereof. Not more than 15 10 days thereafter, Landlord shall deliver to Tenant the written objections, questions or comments of Landlord and the TI Architect with regard to such the Space PlansPlan. Tenant shall cause the Space Plans Plan to be revised to address such written comments and shall resubmit 300 Technology Square/Elan said drawings to Landlord for approval within 15 10 days thereafter. Such process shall continue until Landlord has approved the Space Plans for the Tenant ImprovementsPlans.

Tenant’s Space Plans. Tenant shall deliver to Landlord schematic drawings and outline specifications (the “Space Plans”) detailing Tenant’s requirements for each phase of the Tenant Improvements prior to the commencement by Tenant of the construction of such portion of the Tenant Improvements. Not more than 15 days thereafter, Landlord shall deliver to Tenant the written objections, questions or comments of Landlord and the TI Architect with regard to such Space Plans. Tenant shall cause the Space Plans to be revised to address such written comments and shall resubmit said drawings to Landlord for approval within 15 days thereafter. Such process shall continue until Landlord has approved the Space Plans for the applicable phase of the Tenant Improvements.
