Tenant’s Use of Name of the Building. Tenant shall not, without the prior written consent of Landlord, use the name of the Building for any purpose other than as the address of the business to be conducted by Tenant in the Premises, and Tenant shall not do or permit the doing of anything in connection with Tenant’s business or advertising (including brokers’ flyers promoting sublease space) which in the reasonable judgment of Landlord may reflect unfavorably on Landlord or the Building or confuse or mislead the public as to any apparent connection or relationship between Tenant and Landlord, the Building, or the Land.
