Common use of Tenant’s Waiver Clause in Contracts

Tenant’s Waiver. To the extent not prohibited by law, Tenant hereby waives and releases all rights now or hereafter conferred by statute or otherwise which would have the effect of limiting or modifying any of the provisions of this Article 24. Tenant shall execute, acknowledge and deliver any instruments which the FCRHA may request, whether before or after the occurrence of an Event of Default, evidencing such waiver or release.
