Common use of Tenant’s Work/Tenant Improvements Clause in Contracts

Tenant’s Work/Tenant Improvements. Any initial improvements to the Premises other than Landlord’s Work, if any, are referred to as “Tenant’s Work” and shall be governed by Exhibit C. References herein to “Tenant Improvements” means the combination of Landlord’s Work, if any, and Tenant’s Work.
