Tencent Information Right. (a) The Company shall timely provide to Tencent any financial information of the Group Companies and its Controlled Affiliates and portfolio companies reasonably requested by it that is available to the Company in order for Tencent Holdings Limited to consolidate financial statements of the Group Companies, including such financial statements of the Group Companies converted from US GAAP to IFRS.
