Tenderers Eligibility and Qualifications. 2.11.1 Pursuant to Clause 2.1 the tenderer shall furnish, as part of its tender, documents establishing the Tenderers eligibility to tender and its qualifications to perform the contract if its tender is accepted. 2.11.2 The documentary evidence of the Tenderers qualifications to perform the contract if its tender is accepted shall establish to TFC’s satisfaction that the tenderer has the financial and technical capability necessary to perform the contract.
