Common use of Tenth Amendment Clause in Contracts

Tenth Amendment. The Administrative Agent shall have received multiple counterparts as requested of this Tenth Amendment from the Borrower, each other Obligor and the Majority Lenders.

Tenth Amendment. The Administrative Agent shall have received multiple counterparts as requested of this Tenth Amendment from the Borrower, each other Obligor and the Majority Lenderseach Lender.

Tenth Amendment. The Administrative Agent shall have received multiple counterparts as requested a counterpart of this Tenth Amendment from signed by the Borrower, each other Obligor the Guarantors, and Lenders constituting all of the Majority Lenders.
