Common use of Tenth Amendment Clause in Contracts

Tenth Amendment. The Administrative Agent shall have received multiple counterparts as requested of this Tenth Amendment from the Borrower, each other Obligor and each Lender.

Tenth Amendment. The Administrative Agent shall have received multiple counterparts as requested a counterpart of this Tenth Amendment from signed by the Borrower, each other Obligor the Guarantors, and each LenderLenders constituting all of the Lenders.

Tenth Amendment.
