Common use of tenth (Lender Fees and Expenses Clause in Contracts

tenth (Lender Fees and Expenses. first, to the Administrative Agent and each Class A Funding Agent on behalf of itself and the Class A Lenders in its related Class A Lender Group, the payment of, without duplication, all Breakage Costs, all Liquidation Fees, all Broken Funding Costs and all other amounts (other than those already provided for above) due and payable by the Borrower to the Administrative Agent, such Class A Funding Agent and such Class A Lenders (solely in their capacity as a Class A Lender) hereunder or under any other Transaction Document until paid in full and second, to each Class B Funding Agent on behalf of itself and the Class B Lenders in its related Class B Lender Group, the payment of, without duplication, all Breakage Costs, all Liquidation Fees, all Broken Funding Costs and all other amounts (other than those already provided for above) due and payable by the Borrower to such Class B Funding Agent and such Class B Lenders (solely in their capacity as a Class B Lender) hereunder or under any other Transaction Document until paid in full;
