Tenure and Dismissal Document. The document, Procedures Concerning Tenure, Dismissal and related Matters as approved by the Board of Governors of Carleton University on June 27, 1972, and as amended by the Board of Governors on October 4, 1972, (attached as Appendix A to this Collective Agreement), shall remain in force for the term of this Agreement, except that it shall be modified according to the provisions of (a) to (c) below:
