Common use of Tenure of contract Clause in Contracts

Tenure of contract. The duration of order will be for 2 years. The Company can terminate the contract by giving three months. Notice during the currency of the contract and if the performance of the Contractor is found unsatisfactory and also if the Contractor violates any of the conditions of the contract mentioned herein. No extension shall be granted except in Force majeure condition (i.e. war, riots, earthquake, hurricanes, lock outs, strikes, pandemic and under unavoidable circumstances).
