Common use of Term and Commencement Date Clause in Contracts

Term and Commencement Date. The Term of this Lease shall commence on June 1, 2001 (the "Commencement Date") and shall end on May 31, 2006 (the "Term") unless terminated earlier as provided in either Section 4.11 or Section 9.1.
