Common use of Term and Duties Clause in Contracts

Term and Duties. 1.1 The term of this Agreement commenced as of January 1, 2005, shall continue through December 31, 2007 (the “Initial Term”), and will continue on a year-to-year basis thereafter (the “Renewal Term”), until the Executive’s employment terminates as outlined in Section 4 herein. 1.2 Executive shall serve as Executive Vice President, Health Plan Operations, and shall report to the Chief Executive Officer and shall be responsible for broad executive responsibilities in the general management area, including, but not limited to, the establishment and implementation of policies and directives, formulation of company goals and objectives, effective management of employees, and such other powers and duties normally associated with such position or as may be delegated or assigned to the Executive by the Company’s Chief Executive Officer. During the Initial or Renewal Term of the Agreement, the Executive shall also serve without additional compensation in such other offices of the Company or its subsidiaries or affiliates to which he may be elected or appointed.

Term and Duties. 1.1 The term of this Agreement commenced as of January 1, 20051999, and shall continue through December 31, 2007 (the “Initial Term”), 2003 and will continue on a year-to-year basis thereafter in the absence of notice of either party given no later than the September 30 prior to the expiration, or unless otherwise extended (the “Renewal Term”), until the Executive’s employment terminates as outlined in Section 4 herein. 1.2 Executive shall serve as President and Chief Executive Vice PresidentOfficer, Health Plan Operations, and shall report to the Chief Executive Officer Board of Directors and shall be responsible for broad executive responsibilities in the general management areaoverall direction, administration and leadership of the Company, including, but not limited to, the establishment and implementation of policies and directives, formulation of company long range plans, goals and objectives, effective management of employees, and such other powers and duties normally associated with such position or as may be delegated or assigned to the Executive by the Company’s Chief Executive OfficerBoard of Directors. During the Initial or Renewal Term term of the Agreement, the Executive shall also serve without additional compensation in such other offices of the Company or its subsidiaries or affiliates to which he may be elected or appointedappointed by the Board of Directors of the Company or its subsidiaries or affiliates, respectively.

Term and Duties. 1.1 The term of the Executive’s employment pursuant to this Agreement commenced as of shall commence on January 1, 2005, 2012 and shall continue through December 31, 2007 (be for a period of one year ( the “Initial Term”), and will continue on a year-to-year basis thereafter (the “( each such year a Renewal Term”), until the Executive’s employment terminates is terminated as outlined in Section 4 herein. 1.2 The Executive shall serve as Executive in the capacity of Senior Vice PresidentPresident and Coach, Medicaid Health Plan Operations, and shall report to the Chief Executive Officer Plans and shall be responsible for broad executive responsibilities in the general management area, including, but not limited to, the establishment and implementation of policies and directives, formulation of company long range plans, goals and objectives, effective management of employees, and such other powers and duties normally associated with such position or as may be delegated or assigned to the Executive by the Company’s Chief Executive OfficerVice President of Government Programs. During the Initial Term or any Renewal Term of the AgreementTerm, the Executive shall also serve serve, without additional compensation compensation, in such other offices of the Company or its subsidiaries or affiliates to which he may be elected or appointed.

Term and Duties. 1.1 The term of this Agreement commenced will commence as of January 1, 20052008, shall continue through December 31, 2007 2010 (the “Initial Term”), and will continue on a year-to-year basis thereafter (the “Renewal Term”), until the Executive’s employment terminates is terminated as outlined in Section 4 herein. 1.2 Executive shall serve as Executive Vice President, Health Plan OperationsIndividual Consumer and Government Programs Division, and shall report to the Chief Executive Officer and shall be responsible for broad executive responsibilities in the general management area, including, but not limited to, the establishment and implementation of policies and directives, formulation of company goals and objectives, effective management of employees, and such other powers and duties normally associated with such position or as may be delegated or assigned to the Executive by the Company’s 's Chief Executive Officer. During the Initial or Renewal Term of the Agreement, the Executive shall also serve without additional compensation in such other offices of the Company or its subsidiaries or affiliates to which he may be elected or appointed.
