Common use of Term and Occupancy Clause in Contracts

Term and Occupancy. The term of this Lease shall commence on the date hereof (the "Commencement Date"), and shall end on the date which is the twentieth (20th) anniversary of the Rent Commencement Date (the "Expiration Date"), unless the term be extended or earlier terminated as provided herein.
