Term and Rental Periods. The Term of this Agreement (“Term”) shall commence on the Effective Date and shall be effective until the last calendar day of the fifth month following the Effective Date. Lessee may dry lease the Aircraft pursuant to this Agreement for specific periods of time during the Term (“Rental Periods”). No Rental Period shall be for more than thirty (30) days.
