Common use of Term and Rental Periods Clause in Contracts

Term and Rental Periods. The Term of this Agreement (“Term”) shall commence upon delivery of the Aircraft on the Effective Date, for a period of one (1) year. Thereafter, this Agreement shall renew on a month-to-month basis. Either Party may terminate this Agreement at any time upon five (5) days written notice to the other Party. Lessee may dry lease the Aircraft pursuant to this Agreement for specific periods of time during the Term (“Rental Periods”). No Rental Period shall be for more than Thirty (30) days.
