Both parties enter into this Contract mutually agreeing that their object is to work for the good and welfare of the students and the community which supports their services. This Contract is intended to establish a basic understanding relative to personnel matters, including wages, hours, and working conditions and to provide means for amicable discussions of mutual concerns regarding these subjects.
