TERM, CANCELLATION AND WITHDRAWAL. 7.1. The purchased package is valid for 12 (twelve) months from the date of the most recent purchase. At the end of the period of 12 (twelve) months from the date of the most recent purchase, with prior notice to the Client, each unused Euro of the package will be cancelled and the relevant amount will be definitively retained by Agile, without any possibility of refund or return; at the same time, all data recorded in the Software will be deleted without any possibility of restoration.
