TERM; EARLY TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT. The term of this Agreement shall be from through County reserves the right to terminate this Agreement with or without cause on sixty (60) days prior written notice to Contractor. In the case of such early termination, Contractor shall be paid for all services satisfactorily rendered up to the effective date of termination, up to the maximum fee prescribed for any task.
