Term; Early Termination. Each Order shall become effective on the date that Ricoh accepts the Order, and shall continue for the term identified in the Order. The duration of the initial term and any extension or renewal thereto are collectively referred to as the “Term.” Customer may terminate any Order under this Agreement for convenience prior to expiration of its Term so long as Customer is not then in default and provides Ricoh at least thirty (30) days prior written notice. Ricoh may terminate any Order under this Agreement for convenience prior to expiration of its Term so long as Ricoh is not then in default and provides Customer at least sixty (60) days prior written notice. Should Customer elect to terminate an Order for convenience that has a Term of at least thirty-six (36) months, Customer shall pay to Ricoh, an early termination fee in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Master Agreement.
