Common use of Term; Expiration Clause in Contracts

Term; Expiration. The term of this Agreement shall begin on the Effective Date and, unless terminated earlier as provided herein, the licenses granted under Sections 2.1(a), 2.1(b), 2.2(a), 2.2(b) and 2.2(c) of this Agreement will become fully paid-up, perpetual, non-exclusive and irrevocable at the end of the period set forth in Section 4.7, as applicable to each of such licenses. The term of this Agreement shall expire upon the expiration of the last-to-expire Royalty Term.
