Term Extended. The term of the current Employment Agreements and the amendment be and are hereby extended for three (3) additional years to December 31, 2003.
Term Extended. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, and provided Purchaser furnishes written notice to the Restricted Parties of its objection to a breach of this Agreement, the Term shall be automatically extended with respect to a particular Restricted Party by a period of time equal to any and all times during which such particular Restricted Party is found to be in breach of this Agreement.

Term Extended. Subject to the provisions of this Amendment, the term ------------- of the Lease is hereby amended to expire on March 31, 2003 (the "New Expiration Date"). The period commending on April 1, 1998 and continuing until the New Expiration Date shall be referred to in this Amendment as the "Extension Term." The term "Extension Lease Year" shall mean (a) the period commencing on April 1, 1998 and terminating on March 31, 1999 and (b) each successive period of twelve (12) calendar months thereafter during the Extension Term. During the Extension Term, (i) all references in the Lease to "Lease Year" shall be deemed to mean "Extension Lease Year", as defined above, and (ii) all references to "the Term" of the Lease including, without limitation, Subsection 1.1 of the Lease, shall be deemed to include the Extension Term, as defined above.
Term Extended. The parties hereto confirm that the Commencement Date of the Lease is August 1, 2005. The parties agree to extend the Term of the Lease as set forth in Section 1 of the Lease for an additional 3-year period commencing August 1, 2015 and ending July 31, 2018 (“Extended Period”). All references in the Lease to the “Term” shall be deemed to include the Extended Period.
