Common use of Term Loan Priority Account Clause in Contracts

Term Loan Priority Account. The Borrower shall maintain a depositary account subject to a Blocked Account Agreement in favor of the Collateral Agent and the ABL Facility Agent in which solely the proceeds of the Term Loan Priority Collateral (as defined in the Intercreditor Agreement) are deposited. The Borrower will deposit, or will cause to be deposited, all Net Cash Proceeds of the Term Loan Priority Collateral (as defined in the Intercreditor Agreement) into such account.
