Common use of Term Notes Clause in Contracts

Term Notes. The portion of the Term Loan made by each Lender shall be evidenced by the Term Note payable to the order of such Lender in the respective amount of its Term Loan Commitment, which Term Notes shall be dated the Closing Date or a later date pursuant to an Assignment and Acceptance and shall be duly completed, executed and delivered by the Borrower.

Term Notes. The portion of the Term Loan made by each Lender shall be evidenced by by, and be repayable with interest in accordance with the terms of, a Term Note payable to the order of such Lender in the respective amount of its Applicable Commitment Percentage of the Total Term Loan Commitment, which Term Notes Note shall be dated the Closing Date or a such later date pursuant to an Assignment and Acceptance and shall be duly completed, executed and delivered by the BorrowerBorrowers.

Term Notes. The portion of the Term Loan Loans made by each Lender shall be evidenced by the a Term A Note and a Term B Note, each payable to the order of such Lender in the respective amount of its Term A Loan Commitment and Term B Loan Commitment, respectively, which Term Notes shall be dated the Closing Date or a later date pursuant to an Assignment and Acceptance and shall be duly completed, executed and delivered by the Borrower.

The portion of the Term Loan made by each Lender shall be evidenced by the Term Note Notes payable to the order of such each Lender in the respective amount of its Term Loan Commitment, which Term Notes shall be dated the Closing Date or a later date pursuant to an Assignment and Acceptance and shall be duly completed, executed and delivered by the Borrower.

Term Notes. The portion of the Term Loan made by each Lender and the obligation of the Borrower to repay such Loan shall also be evidenced by the a Term Note payable to the order of such Lender in the respective amount of its Lender. Each such Term Loan Commitment, which Term Notes Note shall be dated the Closing Effective Date (or a the later date pursuant to an "effective date" under any Assignment and Acceptance Acceptance) and shall be duly completed, and validly executed and delivered by the Borrower.

Term Notes. The portion of each of the Term Loan A and the Term Loan B made by each Lender shall be evidenced by a Term A Note and the Term Note B Note, respectively, payable to the order of such Lender in the respective amount amounts of its Term Loan A Commitment and Term Loan B Commitment, which Term Notes shall be dated the Closing Date or a later date pursuant to an Assignment and Acceptance and shall be duly completed, executed and delivered by the Borrower.
